New mobile technology brings users enhanced lessons on the go

ARLINGTON, Va. (June 9, 2008) — Rosetta Stone^®, “The Fastest Way to Learn a Language. Guaranteed,” announces the newest addition to their language-learning solutions arsenal: Audio Companion™.

Audio Companion is a series of compact discs that contain lessons directly aligned to the Rosetta Stone Dynamic Immersion^® software, allowing users to carry on their immersive experience from the software to their stereo or portable audio player.

Through Dynamic Immersion^®, the software simulates the natural manner in which people learn languages; learners begin to absorb and engage in the language they are studying. Learners will first access their Rosetta Stone software and practice with a lesson via either CD-ROM or online subscription. Following each lesson, users will be able to reinforce their new skills and knowledge by listening to the corresponding mobile course in Audio Companion.

Much like the Rosetta Stone Dynamic Immersion software allows users to set their own pace and schedule, Audio Companion enables learners to take the Rosetta Stone experience in the car or on a morning jog. Simply play the lesson on a CD player or download to an MP3 player, and make language-learning mobile, fun and relevant.
